Sunny Double Room in a fantastic house

Sadly I am leaving my lovely double room in a great house share in Acton.

The house is just 2 minutes walk to Acton Town tube station. With access to the Piccadilly and District Lines, you can be in central London in 20 minutes!

Also near by are cafes, takeaways and a Sainsburys Local. There is a big Morrisons just 10 minutes walk away too.

The house has a big clean kitchen and a large living/dining room. There are two toilets and a separate bathroom with a tub/shower. The house has a lot of storage, including a garage with a home gym that you can use.
There is a big back garden with grass and an apple tree , and we have a BBQ for use over summer.

The room for rent is fully furnished and has plenty of under-bed storage. It gets lots of sunlight and is warm in the winter too.

The other housemates are 2 New Zealanders and an Australian. They are all really friendly, enjoy hanging out together occasionally and made this place feel like a real home.

The total price of the room is £572.50 and includes all bills, cleaning products, and household consumables, such toilet paper, kitchen roll, hand and dish wash etc.
