Mid July Lease Takeover (Must Leave December 1st)

I am moving back to Australia in September and am looking for somebody to take over my room in this lovely Acton house from mid July. Any time from the 20th!🏡

The House:
This large flat has a total of three levels, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a living and kitchen area. We are about a 10 minute walk to these stations: Acton Town, Acton Main Line, Acton Central. This gives you direct access to almost every train line! There is also a bus stop out front. Our street borders the Main Street, meaning that you are super close to everything - Morrisons, the pharmacy, pubs, restaurants…etc. We also have a police station next to us so it is a very safe neighbourhood. The current tenants have lived here for over two years and have had zero issues! We are located in West London, it takes about 25 minutes to get into central. 💁🏻‍♀️

The Current Tenants
Three teachers aged between 24 and 27. Two Aussie and one English ☺️ We are very mindful of each others space, being sure to keep the place nice and tidy. We also love to hangout in our free time - pub, exploring central, movie nights…you name it!🛏️

The Room
Please see photos of the room. It is slightly smaller than the others in the house, but is still very comfortable with lots of clothes racks and storage under the bed!! The price is £664/month with bills totalling approximately £100-150 per month. Rental term until 1st December 2026 (short term). Everything in the room; sheets, storage boxes under the bed, chest of drawers/bedside table and bed will stay in the room so feel free to use or chuck.
