Spacious house living with Kiwis!9

I am looking for a friendly couple that would fit in with ease into this well established home.
There is seperate Kitchen, dinning and cosy lounge room and a wonderfully huge back yard, where you can spend time enjoying Al Fresco dinning or dip your feet into a paddling pool when the weather is to hot. There is an outdoor shed that has been used as a home gym.
We pay approx £110 ea per mth for bills (summer months) which includes everything from Council Tax, Utility Bill's. Unlimited fibre broadband, and domestic shop. There is a monthly bill books which shows all the In's and Out"s.
The house is CLeAN and has been Covid free. It's a spacious, comfortable and homely. We all pitch in with housework or can arrange for a housecleaner.
The double room that is available now has a baywindow overlooking a park. Has 2 wardrobes, set of draws, 2 bedside tables and a free standing shelf. The room is large overlooking a park and the Queensize bed and under storage.
The bathroom is in the process of being renovated and then the rest of the house is getting a lick of paint and the wooden floorboards are getting spruced up. So the house will be fresh.
