Large, light, lovely top floor room with en-suite in a calm and pleasant home becoming available mid-August. The room is very light with windows facing both front and rear catching both morning and afternoon sunlight with views out on to the tree tops and garden. There is regular cleaning of your bathroom and common areas.

The house is set in a quiet residential road with a park around the corner. However, you would have the best of both worlds as it's located in the centre of Acton, with Pure Gym, Morrisons, ActOne cinema, public swimming pool, climbing wall, Churchfield Road restaurants, shops cafes and bars only 2mins walk away. It's also walking distance to the Piccadilly Line (Acton Town/Ealing Common), Central Line (West Acton), Acton mainline (Crossrail -7 mins to Paddington!) and Acton Central (Overground Richmond-Stratford). There are lots of buses to Ealing Broadway, Chiswick and Shepherds Bush.

Currently the room is furnished with a double bed, 2 door wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a smaller chest of drawers, fridge, table and two chairs. There is also a large area (whole width of room) of storage in the eves on one side of the room. There is a socket to connect to the tv aerial and satellite. The room is approx. 5.8m x 3.46m.

The bathroom contains a cupboard under the sink and three shelves for your toiletries. The kitchen is shared with us, but we mainly use it during the day while working, so you would often have it to yourself in the evenings. It is fully equipped with cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave and kettle, plates, pots, pans etc. The kitchen is cleaned regularly by a cleaner, but we would expect that you keep this clean and tidy in between visits.

There is no shared living room or garden and we all have our own social lives. On the other hand in the past we have gone out together occasionally for a walk, coffee, tennis, yoga or drinks etc., and naturally have a chat if you meet in the kitchen.

We are looking for a friendly, polite, tidy, considerate and reasonably easygoing male/female professional to join us for a minimum of 6 months with a view to staying much longer if things work out well.
