LOCAL TRANSPORT– stone’s throw to Acton Central Over Land, one-stop to Willesdon then Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus and Piccadilly or in the other direction 2 stops to Gunnersbury and the District line to Central London. 10 mins by bus to Shepherds Bush or Chiswick or 20 mins to Hammersmith, Ealing and Richmond. 15 minute walk to Acton Elizabeth line. All buses are regular and very close by.

FACILITIES – large park by Acton Central station with a pizza restaurant and crazy golf, skateboarding. 2 local gastro pubs, independent shops, Italian deli, Sainsbury's and numerous coffee shops. I am looking for a tenant who possibly has a demanding job and wants to come home to relax and unwind. I would prefer a tenant who goes to an office to work and does not work from home as I do not provide a desk or chair. The tenant must be responsible for keeping areas they use clean especially the kitchen. There is a cleaner once a week but she does not do washing up.
