Beautiful light, airy, spacious double upstairs bedroom or similar downstairs with ensuite and private patio, both ideal for WFH. In shared 4 bedroom house in Ealing Common sharing with two other people. And two cats! .

Upstairs room £975 pcm including all bills (except parking) for one person. If you are not working from home the rent would be £935 per month.

Downstairs room £1200.00 per calendar month including all bills (except parking) for one person. This room has its own ensuite and fridge and a private patio. If you are not working from home then rent will be £1175 per month.

Parking is available at £2.00 per day Monday to Friday, and weekends are free. This is not included in the rent. I organise it on a weekly basis via an app or you can get a residents parking permit for about £200 per year depending on your car's emissions.

THE HOUSE
4 bedrooms, large garden, large sitting room with working fireplace, large kitchen /diner, utility room. Large bathroom and separate wc.

THE PEOPLE
I am a full time tutor, and Charlotte is doing a graduate training course. I specialise in helping students win scholarships to schools.

Room 1.
You would be sharing the large fridge, very large bathroom and 2 wc's with me and Charlotte.

Room 2
I also have an ensuite with its own fridge and patio which is £1300 per month.

THE CATS
Jasper is a clean, affectionate, greedy cat. He is 8 years old and spends most of his time eating and sleeping and Precious is 2 years old and very sweet and lively.

YOUR ROOM
Both rooms are approximately 3.8m x 3.6m and are very quiet and private overlooking the south facing back garden, with a light, airy spacious feeling. A buily in wardrobe, chest of drawers and book shelves provide ample storage space. We also have a huge attic to store stuff like suitcases. There is also a double bed, a bedside table. A desk is available if you want one so it's ideal for occasional WFH (maximum 2 -3 days per week).

THE REST OF THE HOUSE
This is a beautiful 4 bedroom Edwardian house with many original features, high ceilings and non working fireplaces in every bedroom The fireplace in the sitting room works and all fuel is included in the rent.

We all share the sitting room, the kitchen, the utility room and the garden.

The utility room has washer and drier.

THE AREA
Acton is amazing especially where we are. Civilised with lots of good restaurants and local shops, dry cleaners, HP surgery, dentists, two swimming pools. David Lloyd has tennis, an outside pool and an indoor pool, Everyone Active has an indoor pool. Two other gyms within walking distance as is Ealing Common for runners.

THE ETHOS
This house is a safe and supportive, clean and comfortable sanctuary for everyone, whether you're a loner or more gregarious. We hang out together when we feel like it, watching crap on tv, chatting, occasionally sharing meals if we want to..

THE RENT
The rent includes all bills: everything from council tax and gas/ electricity/ water/ heating/ buildings insurance to high speed broadband, and a cleaning lady three hours per week. Toilet paper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and all cleaning supplies are included. It doesn't include resident's parking. If you have a car but don't drive to work, I'll use paybyphone to get your car parked at £2.40 per day or £48 per month, Monday to Friday. Or you can get a resident's parking permit for approximately £200 per year depending on the fuel type and the engine size if you're planning to stay in the area.

Because of my house insurance, I can't take couples, unemployed people or people running their own home based business. PhD students who are funded are fine.

I require bank statements for the last 3 months, current employer's reference and current or most recent landlord reference. I may also require proof that you are entitled to live in the UK.
