Spacious ensuit double with XXL storage space

The room

We are moving out of our beautiful room in Ealing so it will be free for a nice professional single person or couple. The monthly rent of 1100£ includes ALL bills.

The room will become free between the end of August and mid September. The move-in-date is still vague, since we haven't got our own move-in-dates yet. If you like the room, I am sure we can work something out that suits us all.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

It is a spacious, bright ensuite accompanied by a private XXXL storage space. The room comes furnished with one set of drawers, two wardrobes, two clothes rails (that can be hidden in the storage), one double bed and one small table. In the shower-bathroom there is a heater, you can hang your towels on. We would be happy to leave the small white bathroom-drawer behind for a little fee.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

You will share the house with seven housemates. All of them are professionals and get on very well with each other. There is a nice big kitchen to cook in, which is equipped with all essential things you need and more, such as two fridges, gas hob, fan oven, microwave, toaster, water cooker.

Attached to the kitchen there's a lounge area with two sofas, an armchair and TV. Above that there's a little garden where you find a BBQ, small table and four chairs.

There is a wahing machine and dryer that all housemates share. Every other week a cleaner cleans the shared areas.

The house lives of a friendly atmosphere. The housemates enjoy going out here and there or gather together for a glas of wine, boardgames or a film, but also enjoy their privacy.

ABOUT THE AREA:

The bus station Twyford Avenue is a 1 min walk away. To Ealing Common (Picadilly and District Line) it's an 8 min walk. Acton Town (Picadilly and District Line) with a direct connection to Heathrow is about 10 min walk from the house.

If you're lazy, you can buy everything you need in shops that are 2 minutes walking distance from the house (Tesco Express, Middle Eastern shops with excellent fruit and veg). Above that there is a Morrisons about 12 minutes walk away. Also you find Starbucks, Costas, Nandos and a selection of lovely little supermarkets with specialties from different countries such as Japan, Korea, Russia or Poland about 8 min walk from the house.

ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND FEES:

The new tenant/s will take over our contract with the agency that manages the house. The contract runs until March 2018 and could most likely be renewed after that. For taking in new tenants the agency charges a fee of 150£ (per room NOT per person)
