I'm leaving my huge double room with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and two built-in wardrobes to move to pastures new. The flat is in a friendly building (one of six flats) 5 mins walk from the overground, 15 mins from the tube and handy for a great range of shops and bars. There’s a huge south-facing roof terrace for sitting out in the summer and the flat overall benefits from lots of natural light and more living space than you will know what to do with!

You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals (age 31 and 32) in a sociable/respectful flat. We will quite often sit and chat over a glass of wine - and BBQs are great on the terrace in the summer. Rent is £792 pcm and bills are approximately £115 pcm.

Charlotte works for a music company, Jamie works as an analyst for Starbucks and both are very friendly/respectful people. I am moving out to live with my girlfriend having lived here for over three years. I am still sad to be leaving...

The flat has a large open plan living area with lots of light, enough room for four double sofas around a coffee table, a large dining table and space besides. Separately there is a fully-equipped kitchen (you will have your own fridge/freezer) and the roof terrace has an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ.

It’s a great flat, but it’s also in a great area near shops, a supermarket, gyms, bars/pubs, a park (including Mini Golf), public transport - and a climbing wall set to open in the near future. We’re also in walking distance of Chiswick High Road and Chiswick Park (Business Park). Acton Central Overground station is 5 mins walk, Acton Town Underground station (District and Piccadilly Line) is 15 mins walk, Turnham Green Underground station (District Line) is 20 mins walk and buses to Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush are at the end of the road.

Bills include a weekly cleaner. The flat is owned by a private landlord, references are required but there is no admin or change of tenancy fee.
