Room A:

Located on the first floor overlooking the side of the house. This room has a nice big window that lets in a lot of light. It comes furnished with a double bed (which has under bed storage), a bedside, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There's also some floor space so if you want to bring in a desk or more storage furniture there's space.

You share the main bathroom with only the guests (as everyone else has their own ensuite) so it's basically like having a private bathroom.

The House

There is a big landing hallway, a massive kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, a big fridge/freezer and a second massive American fridge/freezer.

Plenty of cupboard space, a double oven, two four ring hobs, tonnes of cupboard space, and side access to the garden/front of the house.
Unfortunately, this property doesn't have a separate living room, but there is a big eat-in kitchen and each room is absolutely humongous (very big).

The Area:

Acton Town/Ealing Common is a lovely area, it’s nice and quiet with both Ealing Common and Gunnersbury Park nearby which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air. You have Acton Town parade with some small local shops and you're not too far from Ealing Broadway or Acton Town which have more mainstream shops and restaurants.

We have a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).

The house has 4 single occupants and 1 couple in the other rooms so a total of 6 other housemates. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.

We always reference our tenants, you will need to be able to provide proof of income and pass a credit check

We primarily use Canopy. Rent for referencing and you can get a head start by going to their website and pre-starting the referencing process. They will create a rent “passport” which validates your employment, your previous landlord reference, and runs a credit check. We may also carry out our own internal referencing including but not limited to a character reference
