We have available from mid-August through to the end of the year, a spacious, furnished double bedroom in a beautiful Victorian 4 bed house. The rent is £720 per month, inclusive of all bills.

The house is located in-between the Wanstead Flats and Wanstead Park in a little neighbourhood called Aldersbrook. There is a generously sized kitchen and utility room, a living room with a working (and frequently used) fireplace, 1 ½ bathrooms, a large south facing garden, high speed Internet.

There are two other housemates, one male (33y/o) and one female (30 y/o) as well as a friendly and chatty little cat (5 y/o). Both housemates are professional violin makers, one working at home and the other in the city. There is a very communal feel to our house as we have known each other for a while. Quite often we cook and share meals together, go out to the local pub, or hang in the garden. Musicians welcome, outgoing flatmate is a professional orchestral musician.

Wanstead Station (Central Line) is approximately 14 minutes away by the 101 bus, or to Leytonstone on the W19 in a similar amount of time, Manor Park is a 15 minute walk away with easy access to Liverpool Street and Stratford using the TFL Rail.
