The double room is light and airy, overlooks the rear garden and is located on the first floor. The furnishings include: a double bed, bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Upstairs there are two other bedrooms, a small utility/ironing room, a separate toilet and a bathroom.
Downstairs there is a bedroom, shower/toilet, large communal lounge/diner and galley kitchen linked to a large conservatory. that leads to the rear garden.
The rent includes a service charge for:
heating, hot water, water rates, broadband & TV, council tax , boiler maintenance, buildings insurance, licensing and cleaning of communal areas once a week.

Ideally suited to professionals who drive to work in North East/East London (resident parking permits can be applied for and parking is available on nearby streets) or could commute by public transport from Leytonstone/Wanstead (Central Line) or Manor Park which is about 15 minutes .to Liverpool Street.
