She has a double room in a Nice friendly flat. We’re super friendly young professionals who love to hang out to see gigs or to the pub but are also very independent :). The room is £769pm + £73 bills. No agencee fees. It's available from the 30th of March. The current situation with the virus making things more complicated, we are quite flexible on the dates! The contract stops in August but can be renewed if need be.
