Hi! I'm looking for a lodger and I have a single spare room near Aldgate/Liverpool Street available.

Initially looking for a part time lodger but full time can be discussed.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom (obvs) and balcony. You'd be sharing the flat with me and my middle aged cat called Harry. The room is a single room with a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, under bed storage and tv. The living room has ample space with a large sofa, dining table, smart tv and desk. Kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine, two refrigerators and a microwave. Bathroom has a bath and shower, as well as WC and sink. The balcony stretches the width of the flat overlooking the communal gardens. Constant hot water throughout the year and heating from Oct to April.

Tube/Train stations are Aldgate (2 min walk), Liverpool Street (3 min walk), Aldgate East (5 min walk), Shoreditch High Street (8-10 min walk). Spitalfields Market (5 min walk), Brick Lane (6-7 min walk), The Gherkin (2 min walk), Tower of London (6-7 min walk).The West End is a short hop on the tube or you could walk it in 30-40 mins.

Me - I work in finance, I enjoy cooking, swimming, socialising, travel, visiting markets, walks along the river and the canals, a trip to the pub and I particularly love nature and I try to get to the woods or coast as often as possible. When at home, I can mostly be found chilling watching an old movie, documentary or playing card and board games. Friendly to all walks of life! :)
