I’m looking to replace my current flatmate who is leaving at the end of the year (amazing new job overseas). The flat is in a great location (near Whitechapel Gallery / Brick Lane) and has amazing terrace and balcony either side of the property with great views over the city, ideal for barbecues and relaxing in the sun.
The room available is a large double and is fully furnished or I can remove items should you want to bring your own. The flat is really spacious for somewhere so central with plenty of shared living space as well as a separate modern kitchen.
I’ve lived in the flat just over 2 years now and really enjoy the place, looking for a relaxed housemate who is easy to get on with and enjoys the social side of a flat-share too. I’m very respectful, easy going northerner who relocated for work when I moved in to the flat. Enjoy sports, socialising with friends and travel.
Aldgate East station, Brick Lane and Spitalfields are all on the doorstep with a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Walking distance to both Liverpool St and Fenchurch St stations make it a really accessible location for commuting.
The rent is inclusive of all bills plus a cleaner who comes once a week. Happy to show anyone around and answer any questions you may have. Monday to Friday let also considered.
