Spacious double room in Aldgate East

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take my double room in our house from 21st November, as I will be moving out to live with my boyfriend.

THE ROOM
A spacious double room with mirrored wardrobe, chests of drawers, desk, side table and wall mounted TV.

THE HOUSE
Modern 6-bed 4-bathroom house with open plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor. There’s a TV and sofas, dining table, 2 big fridge-freezers, lots of cupboard space, washing machine and a dishwasher.

LOCATION
The house is situated on a quiet private road, with gates and code-entry. Aldgate East, Aldgate, Tower Hill, Whitechapel and Shadwell are all within a 10-minute walk giving easy access to the District, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines as well as the Overground and DLR. Also on the cycle super highways to Stratford and Waterloo. Walking distance to the city, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Borough Market. We have a lovely local pub, tonnes of new restaurants and the Curzon cinema, also only minutes away.

HOUSEMATES
You’ll also get 5 housemates that I’m going to be very sad to leave! Ben, Beth, Laura, Sammy and Riya who are all professionals working 9-5 hours in various marketing/tech/design roles. They are all tidy, respectful and friendly. They’re also sociable both in and outside of the house - going to the pub, festivals, football matches or exhibitions around London together - so looking for someone who’ll be happy to get involved.

£££
The current contract runs through to July 2020, and it will be possible to extend the contract for another year if everyone in the house agrees to this (I’ve already re-signed 2 times!). Rent is £680 per month and bills are usually around £75 per month. You’ll need to pay a deposit of £782 and there will also be a one-off fee of £300 to add your name to the lease as the property is managed by a letting agency, who are always on hand for any problems.

The room is available from 21st November.
