Amazing 2 bed 1 bath near Brick Lane

The flat is a 2 double bedroom flat with built in wardrobes that have floor to ceiling mirror and will come furnished.
Your room will have a bed, a TV stand and a separate cupboard.
You’re welcome to decorate the room however you like.

There’s a huge living/dining room area with an open plan kitchen.
The kitchen contain all appliances including a grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
The flat was fully renovated in March with new kitchen, bathroom and all the flooring have been replaced.
We have Alexa and wifi plugs all over the flat and I’m soon going to adopt a little Robot Vacuum to join the family!

The building is situated in a group of appartement complex with gated access. There is a parking lot where you can park your car for no additional cost. There’s also a space for you to store your bike.
We have a caretaker that works Monday-Friday and is there to receive all our parcels and help with general queries.
We also have a shared garden and Barbecue area for the summer.

The flat is located 2 minutes away from Whitechapel Station (overground, district line, Hammersmith&City Line, circle line and soon Elizabeth line). You can actually see the entrance of the station from our flat.
Shadwell Station (DLR) and Bethnall Green station (central line) are about 7 minutes’ walk and there’s a bus stop 2 minutes away from the flat that’ll take your almost everywhere.

Right outside the flat, we have a Sainsburys megastore (30sec walk, you can see it from the bedroom window). There’s a Tesco and Asda and Genesis Cinema about 5 minutes walk.
And there’s a Nando and a Subway about 2 minutes walk.

We’re also 10 minutes Walk from Aldgate and even less from Brick Lane. If you work in the City this will be perfect to get your steps in!

The flat is available as of now and the monthly rent is £1025 per calendar month excluding bills.

Since there’s only 2 of us, the bills come around £200 a month:
- Council tax (very expensive in our area)
- Electricity (the flat has no gas)
- Superfast Internet
- Water
- TV licence
- Home insurance : you can insure all your personal stuff like your tv and laptop (also possibility to ensure your phone for theft, loss and damage)

We also have a cleaner that comes once a week (not included).

There’s is a big TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV in the living room. I am happy to share all the passwords with you so you can have it in your too room for no extra cost.

You’ll be sharing with me, I’m a 33 yo Office Manager working in Aldgate.
I’m fairly quiet and spend most of my time in the flat. I like to cook most nights and enjoy doing yoga in the living room a couple of nights a week.
I currently work from home and spend most of my evenings in front of the TV.

The flat is unfortunately not a party house and we like to take our shoes off inside and try to keep it very clean and neat.
