Bright double room - Alexandra Palace/Bounds Green

Double room up for grabs

Hello,

We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our lovely home! Unfortunately our housemate had to move back home due to lack of work from Covid, so we now have a double room up for grabs.

The room comes fully furnished and is available now. The room is a steal at £580 p/month (including bills - water, gas, electric, internet and sky). Additional costs for cleaner (who cleans fortnightly) and cleaning products approx. £30 each per month.

You’ll be sharing with 4 housemates: Shanti, who works in the public sector by day and loves to salsa dance by night, and Micheal, an actor and dancer who is always on the go and bakes vegan treats good enough to put you off dairy for life! We’ve both lived in the house for around 2 years. Then there's Ana and Konrad, two lovely friends who joined us just before lockdown in March. They are active professionals who cook up a storm in the kitchen and are very generous with sharing their delicious food!

We're currently all working from home, and have managed this very well during the pandemic. We have great WiFi, including boosters throughout the house, and even in the garden!

We're not a party house and all have our own things going on, but we do find the time to hang out over food, going for walks, watching TV or having a film night. We're looking for a friendly professional who doesn’t just want a place to sleep, but rather a home.

The area itself is very well-connected, Bounds Green and Wood Green stations (Piccadilly line) is 10-15 mins walk away, and Alexandra Palace station is 10 mins walk away. We are close to a beautiful green space, Alexandra Palace, which has been great for long walks during lock down.
