Double Room with garden available 2 minute walk from Alexandra Palace Overground and Wood Green Underground, available ideally end of July, but I can push this into early August if needed.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and a joint kitchen/sitting room area. There is also a small garden to enjoy the good weather.. A bike can also be stored inside, or in the back garden. The room is unfurnished but I have double bed in new place if needed, also a drawer I can leave for you.

Maxine is a good mate of mine and Im only moving out as I have bought my own place. She works for a media company in Camden and is looking for a male or female to move in.

The property was rented through openrent and our landlord Steve is very chilled and responds quickly, so not through an agency. Rent is 725, bills come to 120 approx per month. Deposit is 700
