There are two lovely quiet rooms available to rent in a recently renovated flat. Flat is in a quiet location and has even had sound proofing fitted just to add to the peace and quiet :) one live in landlord (male) currently occupies the property.

Property has a bathroom as well as a shower room and you will also have full use of the kitchen and lounge. All kitchen utensils are also provided, you just need to bring yourself, your clothes and your bed sheets :)

There is also a garden which I have recently cleared and I have had some new turf put down. Essential for lockdown!

Rooms are fully furnished, complete with double beds, wardrobe and drawers. Bigger room has a desk too. Smaller room is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures, it is a full size double bed, it’s just difficult to get a decent picture.

Property is a 10 minute walk to Alexandra Palace Station which goes straight into Finsbury / Highbury & Islington / Moorgate, and a 12 minute walk to Bounds Green Tube Station on the Piccadilly Line which also runs the night tube. Both stations are Zone 3.

Rooms are available from 1st October. Price does not include bills which are £100 a month and include electricity, water, gas, council tax, internet and TV license.
