We have a double room available in a beautiful 3 bedroom ground floor property with a large private garden located on a lovely quiet road in Bounds Green/Alexandra Palace. The bedroom is currently available, so you can move in now!!
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a set of drawers and bedside table, however, if you want it unfurnished that can also be arranged. The room also has 2 windows, letting in lots of light. Bills come to about £105 each.
The property benefits from 3 double bedrooms with a good size open plan kitchen/lounge, a combination of wood floors and carpets, very bright and airy and close to local amenities and Bounds Green tube (Piccadilly), Wood Green tube (Piccadilly) and also Alexandra Palace train station for easy access into the city.
You would be moving in with me... I am a Basque/Spanish professional working at Deliveroo and love travel, sports, Netflix. And also Sian who is in the creative industry and loves fitness, travel. We both are sociable and clean and love a good chat with a glass of wine and a movie/tv show.
The flat has become a home and we are looking for a 3rd flatmate that also wants to treat it in this way.
