Large Double Bedroom within a spacious split-level 2-bed Victorian flat, just a 2 minute walk to the station!

Hi All,
I'm looking for a single occupant to share this stunning flat with just myself.
Available from the 10th November for flexible term tenancies.

Location of the flat: The flat is just a 2-minute walk to Alexandra Palace station, which takes you to Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly line access) in 7 minutes, Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) in 10 minutes, and Old Street/Moorgate in under 20 minutes.
Wood Green High Street and tube station (Piccadilly Line) are a short 15-min walk away, or a 5-min bus ride. The flat is in the heart of Alexandra Palace. The Palace holds a large amount of varied events throughout the year, is surrounded by the stunning Alexandra Park, of which there is access to just a few steps away. It also boasts some of the most stunning views of London. There is a great Farmer's market every Sunday. The flat is also very close to the popular areas of Crouch End & Muswell Hill, which are both filled with restaurants, pubs, and great little brunch places/cafes...
Nearby Wood Green has a busy high street with plenty of restaurants and shops (H&M, New Look, Primark, Boots, TK Maxx, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Five Guys, Nandos & plenty of Turkish restaurants)

The Flat: Large Victorian split-level ground-floor flat with high ceilings, fireplace, large sash bay windows, and a huge garden. The living room is very large with a 3-seater sofa as well as an armchair.

The kitchen is fairly large, has a 4-seater kitchen table, washing machine, microwave, and access to the very large garden. More than happy for you to use my pots/pans/plates/etc as long as you look after them!

The bathroom is a good size and has a bath/shower.

The split level element adds a feeling of space and privacy between the living areas and the bedrooms.

The Room: Large Double Bedroom with a generous amount of storage space. Currently has a double bed, loads of wardrobe/storage, a black IKEA small square shelf unit and a bookshelf.

About Me: I'm a thirtysomething professional, who works mostly from home (even after lockdown!). Though I enjoy my me time, I'm also very sociable, friendly and easy to live with. I do like to have 1 or 2 friends over for dinner fairly often, so you would need to be a sociable person and ok with that. I'm not a bad cook so you would always be welcome to join and sample some of my cooking! :)

I have a pretty active social life so you'll get lots of private time in the flat too (post Coronavirus!).
I'm a smoker, but I go out to the garden.

Ideal You: A considerate, clean and sociable professional like me.

Rent: £900 per month (bills included).
Alternatively, very happy to consider short term lets so please message me for a quote for a specific time.

References will be required, as well as a £775 deposit.
