I have a large double room available for rent near Alexandra Park for £800 per month including bills.

The room has just been painted and it is furnished with a double bed, one wardrobe, chest of draws and shelves. The room is at the front of the flat looking out on to the Alexandra Park Road however is very quiet.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished. We will be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, washing machine, toaster, nespresso machine etc.

5 min walk to Alexandra Palace and Park.
7 min walk to Alexandra Palace Station where there is a direct line to Moorgate via Finsbury Park - approx 20 mins.
Walking distance to Muswell Hill where there are few supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Bus routes - 184 to Wood Green Tube Station (Piccadilly Line); W3 to Crouch End and 102 to East Finchley Tube Station (Northern Line)

I am looking for a professional housemate to move in from January 2020 for min 6 months.

I am a professional working in media and publishing. I am interesting, sociable, very clean and tidy - and I enjoy a glass of bold red wine in the evening. I travel a fair bit so I am not always around.
