Transport - located a 6 minute walk away from Anerley Station and 15mins to Crystal Palace on foot and 5mins on the bus. Stations give access to London Bridge and Canada Water in 20 minutes and London Victoria in half an hour.

The flat - a bright and modern new build flat with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom, a Kitchen Living room, garden patio and access to communal garden.

Your room -A good sized, furnished double bedroom with ample storage and its own door to the main bathroom. You will have main access and use of this bathroom as the other bedroom comes with its own en suite.

Me - I am a twenty something professional currently working full time up in London. I am easy going, pretty tidy and friendly. When not at work I enjoy exploring and going out in London, films, theatre and gin.

You - Looking for a relaxed, easy going flatmate that is pretty independent but can also enjoy a night in with Netflix. Am pretty flexible on contract length and open to a Monday - Friday let as well if that suits your needs better.
