Double room- Anerley/Crystal palace

Living Room

Looking for someone to live with me! I have lived in London my whole life, but am new to this area. I’m 29 and work in energy policy which at the moment means working from home. I am friendly and under normal circumstances, I would probably be out of the house quite a bit socialising, going to gym classes and hobbying.

There are Two bathrooms for the two bedrooms so it’s basically a bathroom each.

The flat has recently been repainted, and the bedrooms have nice new carpets. The photos show the living and room and kitchen mid revamp-some furniture actually belongs in my bedroom...I’ll update the photos when I move the furniture!

The double room Is currently unfurnished, but can furnished at no extra cost. If you had a specific request, I might be able to accommodate.

Bills roughly come to about £100 a month (council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet).

I’m new to the area, but it seems great. Very accessible with many stations close by.
An Aldi within ten minutes walk.
Lots of cafes and restaurants and shops close by for when restrictions ease up!

The triangle only 15 minute walk away.
Lots of green space

There are quite a few stairs in the flat! But cardio is good for you!! :)
