Cozy flatshare in Crystal Palace

Hi all!

I'm very sad to be leaving my lovely little room in a flatshare with one of my best friends and wonderful human Antonio. But hopefully one of you will be a perfect fit to take over my tenancy!

The flat is on the top floor of a 3 story building on Anerley Road, with very good connections into Central (30mins into Victoria/London Bridge) and East London (30mins to Shoreditch High Street); and of course very easy access to Brixton and Southeast London (Peckham, Lewisham, Dulwich).

5-10mins to Crystal Palace Station and 6mins to Anerley Overground Station.

It's a two bedroom flat, and this one is the smallest . The new tenant will have the option of a new mattress and a bedframe which would maximise storage capacity (what you see in the pictures is my mattress on the floor but it's out of choice). The landlord is very accommodating and we have very open communication with her. The room already comes with a wardrobe and a bedside chest of drawers, and then another cupboard that offers a bigger storage space and a bigger chest of drawers inside as well. You can decorate the room as you see fit, the only condition is to keep the walls white.

We have tons of natural light coming in, and it's what makes the living room -apart from being a lovely place to chill- also a nice space to work from home if needed (perfect setting for online meetings let me tell you). This is what is agreed with the current flatmate as he has his own space to work in his room.

We have a big garden for all the neighbours at the back, which is lovely to chill in the summer.

We're looking for someone who is sociable and matches our lively energy, as this is a home to us and would love for you to be a perfect addition to the memories we have created and will continue to create here.

Room is 800pcm (without bills). Council Tax band C
Bills don't come up to too much though.

Move in date: 15th Nov aprox (flexible) - as soon as referencing is completed!
