Double room in beautiful Islington house

Hi all!

After a year in this wonderful house, I'm sadly moving out.

You'd be living in an amazing terraced house by the canal, about a 5-minute walk from the Angel tube station and trendy Upper Street.

The house has 4 bedrooms, +one 19 sq meter guest room that we use for friends, big kitchen and 1 big living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet downstairs. A nice little garden we use all summer for barbecues. The house also has a lot of storage space.

The new tenant will take over the contract starting on the 1st of October but there is flexibility on moving in earlier than that.

Rent is 975 per month + a 6 week deposit to the letting agency.

The room is small but it has tall ceilings and plenty of light, and you would be paying the cheapest rent in the house for an unbeatable location in Angel.

About the flatmates: We are a cool group of international people! Alexandre is french and works in banking, he loves cooking and playing football, Juan, Spanish/American, works in consulting, he loves riding his bike and has great taste in movies, and Manu, also Spanish, works in tech and will always make you laugh. We get along well, and even if during the week we like to keep it calm, we also tend to go out together from time to time on the weekends and host barbecues when the weather's right!
