The kitchen is equipped with top of the line Siemens appliances, including a dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, drinks cooler, fridge freezer, microwave etc. There is a spacious open plan living room with a balcony that opens on to the green space of the Packington Square.

The flat is located on a quiet road next to the Regent’s canal and also very close to amenities. There is a supermarket within the development, multiple gyms, pubs (Narrowboat, Duke of Cambridge), bars, cafes and all other amenities of Upper St within a 5 min walk. Angel tube station is on the Northern Line and a 10 minute walk.

You will be sharing the flat with a 29 year old guy who works as an Investment Professional in the City. He works long hours during the week so you’ll have the flat to yourself mostly. He is looking for someone clean and considerate to share the flat with. He is always happy to grab a drink and socialise over the weekend but is equally happy to keep to his own social life.
