Looking for a couple or a single person to take over our room.

The ensuite bedroom is bright and features 3 large built in wardrobes. It has its own ensuite bathroom.
The room is available mid January 2020 (date flexible).

The house is located in a recent development just off Upper Street. Access is via a gated courtyard. Angel Station is 7min walk, Highbury & Islington 5min.

The large open plan kitchen/living room/dining room is on the top floor with a large terrace. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house also has plenty of storage space in the entrance and below the staircase. It has double-glazing everywhere which means that is very cosy during winter and also very quiet although very close from all the bars and restaurant of nearby Upper Street.

You would be sharing the flat with:
- Devon, 29, Canadian.
- Tristan, 27, Australian.

The house is pretty big so it never feels crowded even if all flatmates are home. They enjoy watching a movie together from time to time, sharing a drink and are looking for like-minded young professionals who will fit nicely in the flat.
