Large double room available in a bright two bed, two bath flat. The flat is set on the ground floor of a period building in a private gated mews. You'll be living in a great part of Angel just around the corner from Regents Canal with Upper Street a moment's walk away giving you great access to plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants/shops. The location is convenient for Central London and the City as well as access to Shoreditch.

The room is spacious and furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and two bedside tables. The remainder of the house is fully furnished with dining table and chairs, TV, couch, washer, dryer and kitchen appliances.

I'm 29 and work in financial services. I've arrived in London in the last month from Sydney and just moved into the flat. I tend to work relatively long hours during the week and on weekends I'm usually travelling or out and about. I am relatively quiet but happy to grab a beer and play trivia at the pub every now and then.

Ideally I'm looking for either another young professional or a couple to take the larger room. You will most likely need to go on the lease. Minimum stay is 12 months.

For a single the rent will be £1100 PCM and for a couple it would be £1300 PCM.

Bills paid to the landlord (water, gas and internet) are £260 per month, other incidentals not included in this are TV license (£154 annually) for the flat and Virgin cable subscription of ~£33 a month. In total bills for the house should come to £305 per month for the house which we would split equally. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video also included at no cost.
