The minimum terms for the lease is 6 months, and there is no max term.

The current flatmates are two young professional ladies working in the City. Faye is 27 years old and is from Ireland, and Ha is also 27 years old and is from Vietnam. They are both excellent cooks (which I will miss!), easy-going and chilled!
