I am moving to New York and looking to rent out one bedroom (£1600 a month) to share with current tenant (French male 30s) who has lived there with me for 17 months and is clean and respectful.

The flat is a new build on the 19th floor with floor to ceiling views of London. We get a lot of sun and great views, so you never feel trapped - it was amazing during lockdown. It’s so so quiet here…great for anyone who has experienced loud London living.

We are in Zone One, between Angel, Clerkenwell and Old St (Shoreditch) - there are lots of parks nearby as well as the canal and a plethora of pubs and restaurants.

The bedroom comes with an en-suite and a double wardrobe. The views of The London Eye and St Pauls are spectacular and you get a great view of the skyline for Bonfire Bight and NYs fireworks. All bedrooms and the lounge room have floor to ceiling automated blinds. There is air conditioning and floor heating which can be automated and controlled from anywhere in the world through an app. We also have a Sonos sound system with ceiling speakers, so you can listen to your own music in your bedroom or in the main areas of the flat. I use this every morning for my alarm. You can also put surround sound on when watching movies! We have an Apple TV with access to YouTube, Netflix and any other apps you want.

What’s included: Beds, mattresses and all furniture, cutlery/cooking utensils (a fully usable kitchen), iron/ironing board + some nice art work. It’s a flat ready to move into if you have nothing to bring!

All amenities you would expect from a new build (24 hr concierge) and the added bonus of a luxury gym, spa (sauna, steam, heated foot spa) and a pool with a specialised jet for lap swimming. If you’re a gym bunny, this is a great way to save on a gym membership. It’s also a great place to relax on the weekends with a book, especially in Winter as there are heated lounge chairs. There is also a resident’s lounge with tea/coffee machine if you wish to work from home and want a different space. This is a stunning, quiet flat and a joy to live in; I have loved my 5 years here and sad to leave.
