Double bedroom + private bathroom in Angel

My flatmate is moving out to go back to Paris, so I am looking for someone to takeover her room.

Organizing visits this weekend (22/23 Feb)

About the flat: 2 bed + 2 bath, lovely flat, closed kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, balcony from the living room overlooking the residence garden.
Not a party flat, but happy to host dinners!

About the room: double bedroom with built in wardrobe, comes with the bed + 2 night stands + a chest of drawers. Private bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilets.
Price includes council tax here but not the other bills (water, electricity, WiFi)

About me: my name is Clémence, I am French, 24yo and work in Investment Banking in Central London. I work long hours during the week, but love to come home to a tidy and quiet flat. I love cooking and hosting dinners from time to time, but also love the Sunday night glass of wine in the living room.

About the area: Angel is amazing, loads of brunch places and restaurant around, v good cheese merchant, and wine merchant within 5 min by foot (yes it matters). There is also a Virgin gym 2 mins away (to not feel guilty about the brunches and the wine and the cheese).

Feel free to contact me and tell me a bit about yourself as I really want to find someone I enjoy spending time with (current flatmate being one of my best friends) - but I also go out on the weekends or chill in my room so no worries about privacy :)
