Double room in a Georgian house-share

We are four young professionals seeking a fith person to join us in our Angel house-share. The room is available from 24.07.2021.

LOCATION
We live in the heart of beautiful Angel. Surrounded by beautiful parks where you can play tennis, go for runs and have picnics. Also close to Regent's canal which connects Shoreditch, Angel and Camden, making it a great for walks or cycling on those sunny days. The location could not be better to get you in the summer mood.

THE ROOM
The bedroom is on the second floor and has plenty of space for a desk to allow WFH. You would share a bathroom with two other housemate. The room is very bright and comes furnished with bed, full length closet for clothes and lamps. Willing to discuss leaving other items (such as TV, desk, book case). It was purchased by the previous occupant but they’re happy to sell for a good price. You can also bring your own furniture and we will sell this furniture on.

THE HOUSE
It has a huge garden made for BBQ's and hosting friends (when permitted), a living room to hang out and watch TV, and a huge kitchen that includes a dishwasher and washer / dryer. The whole house itself is super huge.

The living room also has a sofa bed for any guests to sleep on when they're in town. On top of that, it has 2 bathrooms which makes it easy to get ready in the morning without traffic.

YOUR FUTURE HOUSEMATES
We are friendly bunch and are looking for a like-minded housemate who would be happy to join us in having barbecues in the summer, explore nearby pubs and restaurants or have a quiet night in, watching Netflix. Due to COVID-19 we are all currently working from home in our own rooms, but we still manage to catch up during the day for lunch and have house dinners or board game nights on the weekends. For a bit of gender balance, we are looking for a male person.

THE IMPORTANT BITS
Broadband, water, council tax and gas & electricity are approx. £130/ month, which includes a cleaner that comes in fortnightly - for a total cost of £1,150 pcm. The contract is organised via an agency, however we are also in regular contact with the landlord.
