Sunlit loft overlooking the Canal: Prefer Mon-Fri

I'm looking for someone to rent the master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom room & toilet, open kitchen space. There is also a big walk in closet. It's approx 400 sq ft and is very private. The room can come either with a bed, or unfurnished. The price listed is for weekdays only rental, as I’m primarily looking for someone who works in an office in London and needs to come into town Monday-Friday. However, for the right fit, I would consider a full time roommate. That price is £1500 a month. 50% split of the rent.

The flat is 1000 sq ft, or 100 sq m and the ceilings are around 15ft I think? Maybe a bit more.

The flat is on the water view it so it actually feels like living on a cruiseship. Silent, peaceful except for some swans. It is floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms. The building has a concierge and 24 security with fob entrances in 2 places. It is all newly renovated. There is also a nice balcony overlooking the Canal in Angel. The building is totally word of mouth, so it's not possible to find a rental listing here.

The Vibe:

I'm 39, female, artist and copywriter originally from London but lived in New York, Barcelona, Tel Aviv, Berlin and Istanbul. I'm self -employed, and a practising artist working with poetry, mirrors and lights. I also am a brand consultant, making films and doing copywriting mainly.

I work from home so I’m primarily looking for someone for Monday-Friday who works in an office and needs a comfortable, quiet and peaceful place to come after work.

I'm really looking for the right fit for this. I travel quite a bit so need to have someone responsible in the house, but also independent. Happy to share a dinner or glass of wine, but also very relaxed about doing our own thing and being independent.

Prefer vegans, vegetarians. Also clean, tidy and mindful is good ☺

About the area:
This is a shortwalk to Old Street and Shoreditch (approx 5 mins to Old Street station). It Is alo around 10 mins walk to Angel station and the main high street there where there are all the main supermarkets, as well as little delis, and gourmet food places. Lots of little theatres etc. It’s 15min walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras tube/train/Eurostar stations. Within short walking distance of the many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Islington/Upper Street, Saddlers Wells, Exmouth Market/Clerkenwell and Kings Cross. Within 20mn of the City, Holborn and West End and a short, direct bus or tube journey to most central-London destinations.
