Double room with double bed available in a flatshare for £700 pcm. The rent includes council tax. The bills are £45-65 each month for gas, electricity, cleaning products, and super-fast internet. Deposit of £500. Excellent location within 5 min walk of both Angel and Kings Cross stations with four gyms and swimming pools nearby.

The room will be available from 14th April 2024. Six months contract.

No students or couples but otherwise we're just looking for friendly flatmates we can get on with in this coliving. You will be joining three creatives.

There is no sitting room but the kitchen is big enough to hang out in and the rooms are decent-sized doubles, all fully furnished and with big windows. Both bathroom and toilet have been fully renovated two years ago. Plus, we have a brand new shower and washing machine.

The landlord is very responsive to any issues we have but otherwise leaves us to ourselves.
