House

We live in a large 5 story house in Islington, halfway between Angel station and Highbury & Islington. The house is just off upper street, and is near all the main shops and cafes. The room itself is on the top floor, which you would have all to yourself! It has amazing views especially at sunset! You would have a double bedroom, your own bathroom and the majority of a third spare room (we share part of it for storage and the rest is yours to do what you want. Our previous flatmate used it as a walk-in closet!). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and some storage furniture, and includes a little sitting area with a sofa bed and a coffee table.
Communal areas to be enjoyed:
- a large sitting room
- extra bathroom
- massive kitchen
- laundry room
- garden and patio

All bills except council tax included in rent. This includes the fee for a weekly cleaner!

We are a house of two sisters and another friend. We have two cats (both very friendly and one extremely fluffy!). Our only rules are mainly about keeping our pets safe! We have had a great experience with flatmates in the past, and we count them as some of our best friends. Our previous flatmate had to leave suddenly due to a change in circumstance as a result of the pandemic and we are looking for someone to take her place. We are mainly looking for someone kind and considerate to join our house!
