I’m sadly having to move out of this beautiful flat. I have lived here for 5 years and have been very happy. The flat is located in De Beauvoir ( a great location) near lots of cafes, restaurants and the canal! You don’t have to go more than 5 minutes for great food and drinks.

The flat is fully managed by Winkworth. They are really good at sorting any issues.

Nearest tube Angel/Highbury/old street and haggerston.

You will be sharing with Freddy and Michelle. Two young professionals. Both very respectful, friendly and clean. They are both lawyers and are always up for a drink in the De Beauvoir Arms.

The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a bedside table. The room has been set up for a tv / sky as well.

Bills are included.

The room is ideal for anyone who needs to work from home.

We also have a beautiful garden which is secure if you have a bike. We are available for viewings most evenings. Please get in touch. We would love to meet you!

The carpets and the room will be deep cleaned before you move in. Flexible with furniture.
