Very well served by public transport: 3 minutes walking distance from Highbury & Islington station (Victoria line and Overground); buses stopping nearby: 4, 19, 30, 43, 271, 277, 393. Angel, Holloway, Old Street and Dalston within walking distance.

Preferred Tenant
-We shared the flat with females and males in the past, have no preference
- We require someone really careful with the Covid situation. We are both vaccinated, test regularly and avoid exposure as much as possible. We will not accept someone who is not vaccinated
-Must have previous experience of flat sharing, know how to respect shared areas and have a solid habit of keeping the house clean and tidy.

Rent
£615 per calendar month. Includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, telephone, broadband. Deposit is one month rent. Please note that because of the soaring energy (gas and electricity) prices, this is the rent until the present contract expires at the end of February 2022, it will then be adjusted according to the new contract
