Flatshare in Angel - 3 spacious double bedrooms

My name is José, I have lived in this flat for 2 years and I am looking for 2 other flatmates for a flat share to move in any time from now until 11th March.

The location is incredible - countless bars and restaurants at your doorstep (when things are open - hopefully soon!), and only a 5 minute walk to Angel tube or 10 mins from King's Cross St. Pancras. There is a Sainsbury's superstore, Waitrose and M&S just a few minutes away. Chapel Market is also close by, which caters to every guilty shopping pleasure you can imagine, in addition to the Angel Central Shopping Centre, with major fashion brands, restaurants and Vue Cinema.

In my view, the flat’s central location is its biggest perk, with all of Zone 1 easily accessible by public transport in 30 minutes or less.

There are 3 large double bedrooms in the property, a living room, shared bathroom, separate toilet (perfect when everyone’s getting ready in the morning!). The eat-in kitchen was recently refurbished to a modern look, and the fridge and washing machine were replaced by the landlord a few months ago.

A bit about me: I'm a 27 years old, originally from Portugal, but I grew up all around the world before moving to London in 2012 for university. I am now working full-time in the healthcare sector, so I spend the majority of the weekdays out of the house.

I am outgoing, clean, open-minded and am looking for two flatmates to form a flat share from now until the 11th March. I have a busy work schedule, so I am ideally looking for flatmates who are full-time students or young professionals, and outgoing as I am but who also value the importance of some quiet time on weekday evenings.

Rent is £563.33 per room per calendar month. Bills are not included and are approx £80 per month for high-speed EE Wifi, electricity, council tax and water. The deposit is £650 and refundable at the end of the tenancy.
