Hi there! We are looking for a female flatmate to fill our lovely flat in Angel.

About the flat

The flat is split over a couple of floors with three bedrooms (with double beds), and two bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows which let in lots of natural light. The bills usually come to around £110 per month; this includes council tax, wifi, water, electricity and gas. The flat is in an incredible location. It is only a 5 minute walk from Angel station and several bus stops are located right outside. There is a Sainsbury’s, a Tesco and plenty of restaurants less than a minute away. The area is vibrant and popular for young people and is also very safe. The move-in date is listed as 20th September but this is to be confirmed, and we would be happy to discuss this further with you.

About us

We are two professional girls. One of us works in architecture and goes to the office most days, and the other works in law, with part of the work being done at home. Our interests include culture, history, literature, music, arts, cooking and yoga. We are friendly and sociable, but are not party animals. We enjoy chatting and spending time together, whilst also being mindful of each other’s personal space and routines. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and maintain a nice, homely environment.
