We're looking for a new flatmate to join our homely flat! We're looking for someone who's easy going but respectful of the home and flatmates.
The double room has large windows facing our lovely terrace.
We’re about a 10 minute walk from both Angel and Highbury & Islington stations. Upper Street is jam-packed with bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Everything is at your doorstep! Even the bus stop is literally outside our door.
Bills including council tax comes to around £100 per month/person.
You’ll be living with Roxana (26) and Luisa (28), we are both young professionals and work in engineering and events respectively. We get along really well and love catching up over a beer or hanging out while we also appreciate quiet evenings to ourselves. The flat doesn't have a living room- but we like having people over every now and then to hang out on our huge terrace so we want to live with someone who's like-minded. We also like to keep common areas clean and tidy- cleaning after yourself and we do cleaning rotas- we also have a dishwasher that helps!!
