Double room in charming Angel home

Lovely room in a bright and beautiful 4 story, 3 bedroom house in Angel. Situated right next to Regent’s canal, this house is in one of the best areas in London - very central, with the perfect mix of great restaurants and nightlight, while still feeling very charming and relaxing. 5 min walk from Angel station (northern line) and a ton of bus routes, and 1 stop or 30 min walk away from King’s Cross. Lots of stores, bars, pubs and restaurants near by.

There’s plenty of space in the house. A large dining room and kitchen, lounge, exercise area and small back yard with BBQ makes this house a good place to socialise, relax and make your home.

You’d be sharing the house with 2 others: myself and a really welcoming, fun American woman, who will be leaving in December, so we will be searching for a replacement together. I’m a friendly South African who enjoys good food, exploring London, wine and travel, and is as up for a night in as a good time out. I’m a busy professional who enjoys making friends in London, but is independent and respectful of personal space. Looking for someone who is easy and fun, but reliable and tidy.

I’m currently away on vacation, so viewings can be arranged from the 6th of September onwards.
