The building has a 24-hour reception with staff who are friendly, always ready to help, and take care of receiving packages. Maintenance is also included, so you can easily raise any concerns and get help quickly. The contract is valid from moving in until 12th September 2026, and you will need to sign directly with Unite Students. The price is also very good for the area, especially considering the location and what’s included.
