Looking for an individual who needs a room 2-3 days during the week . No working from home as our lease specifies this . Newly painted room in spacious flat , well maintained, decorated clean and attractive. Floors are wooden throughout the flat . Very large double bedroom, clean and , with double bed, fitted wardrobe/cupboard, chest of drawers, large desk (optional ) & double glazed windows, Shared kitchen with mod cons & cupboard space. Shared Bathroom has a strong shower (& a bath) Sociable household & friendly. There is a young friendly cat in the flat (doesn't shed hairs ) and is unlikely to be seen , unless you make friends . He doesn't venture into the room .
Looking for quiet , mature responsible, respectful individual who is looking for the same Wi-Fi in flat. Please note weekdays only Rental includes all bills including council tax
