👋Hello,

We have a fully furnished large double room available in our ideally located house in Angel, Islington. The large room comes at £1,071 per month, including council tax. Bills are about £75 per month, including all the usual stuff and a fortnightly cleaner.

HOUSE DETAILS
The house has a single private entrance and three levels. The first level contains two rooms, the second level the common area and kitchen, and the third level has two more rooms. The flat has two bathrooms each with shower and toilet. In addition, we have a great terrace in the back of the flat equipped with BBQ! The shared space and kitchen area are fully equipped and shared by all.

ROOMATE DETAILS
Currently I share this flat with three other flatmates (4 total). They are all between 25 and 30 y/o and great people to live with. One of them will sadly leave at the end of November but if you join the house you will be living with an English guy (Psychologist), a Swiss girl (Graduate Student) and a French-Swedish guy (works in tech). In the previous years, the house has been lively with conversations, dinners and trips. While we have been known to throw the occasional party, the environment is one of a 'home' and not a 'party house'.

AREA DETAILS
The area is very centrally located near Angel and Exmouth Market. Angel is filled with bars, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre and galleries. It is really an ideal place to spend the winter months!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :)
We would like to find someone that is sociable and would like to engage in the odd conversation and dinner over a few beers or some wine. We are very relaxed and always looking to meet a new friends. Please include a brief description of yourself.
