Large double room with good sized private bathroom (not en-suite) for Mon-Fri let. Available room only or including the shared living space in the evenings, for a higher cost. Room only (including own bathroom, use of kitchen and roof terrace) rates - 3 weeknights £495pcm, 4 weeknights £575. Room plus use of lounge in the evenings - 3 weeknights £595, 4 weeknights £675. The flat is first floor, modern, with large roof terrace and lovely neighbours. Very near beautiful river and canal walks (2 mins away) and greenery. 10 mins to Highbury Fields park. It is extremely well connected for transport - 10 mins walk from both Angel (Northern line) and Highbury & Islington (Victoria line) tubes, and the Overground line from Highbury & Islington station, plus 2 minute walk from Essex Road station which goes direct to Moorgate and Old St every 5-7 mins, enabling a door-door commute to the City in 15 mins. There are very good bus links to all over Central London from right outside the flat. Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston are reachable within 15-20 minutes.
The area itself is lovely, lots of nice restaurants, cafe's, parks in walking distance, cinemas, shops. I am a 41 yr old professional woman, friendly and sociable and also busy with work and socialising. I am considerate and tidy and would like a lodger to feel comfortable and at home. I'm not really into late night partying these days (apart from the occasional impromptu one!). I work from home often during the week. I am looking for a professional who is considerate and needs a room for 3 or 4 nights between Monday-Friday.
Included bills are energy, water, broadband, fortnightly cleaner.
For short-term lets (less then 3 months) cost is £895 for 3 nights and £995 for 4 pcm.
