We are searching for a new housemate to move into our lovely house from October 2.

We will be hosting viewings exclusively on Thursday, September 22 from 6pm.

We are currently two males and two females. We consider our house a home, rather than a space to rent.

The room is located on the second floor of a 5-bedroom, 3-storey Georgian townhouse in Angel. The location is amazing: just a 3-minute walk from Angel Station and Upper Street, around the corner from Regent’s Canal, and a quick cycle away from East London.

We have a shared living room / kitchen area and two bathrooms, split by gender.

The room is light and spacious and is located at the front of the house. The rent is currently £908.60 per month, excluding £77 for bills, which includes internet, council, electricity, incidentals, and a weekly cleaner. This brings the total monthly payment to £985.60.

A £175 holding deposit needs to be paid within 48 hours of being offered the room. This is discounted from your first rent payment.

We’re looking for a sociable, easygoing, non-smoking professional to move in. If you fit the bill, then drop us a message with some basic info about yourself, such as age, profession and hobbies.

Quick caveat, though: please only get in touch if you're comfortable with the rent, can make the viewing day (in person), and can start paying from the 'available from' date. Cheers. :-)
