We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely family in Angel, someone who would make a positive contribution to our home and enjoys socialising.

We´ve got a large double room available from January 2021 at £950 + bills. We live in an amazing Victorian 3-storey house which has 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a huge living room (ideally for guests), a big kitchen, a dining room and a beautiful garden, “the jewel of the crown”, ideally for barbecues and gatherings in the summer. The house comes with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all sort of cooking utensil. The room is fully furnished so you wouldn´t need to buy anything. Considering the amazing location (we all walk to work), the size of kitchen, shared areas and the nice vibes we can ensure that the price is worth it 100%.

You will be sharing with 4 professionals between 24 and 33 years old: 3 males and 1 female. We work in marketing, social media, urban design and banking, definitely an interesting mix! We enjoy spending time together, inviting friends over and enjoying the London life together! During the week we are very respectful and are relatively responsible but there is always a bit of time for socialising.

The location is perfect. 1-min to Angel tube station, 15-min walk to Shoreditch, King Cross, Farringdon and the Barbican. Angel is currently one of the most vibrant and exciting neighbourhoods in London with many pubs, restaurants and shops.
