We have a large double room soon to be available in our flatshare in Archway, North London (zone 2).

The Room & Flat
It’s a nice spacious room with a high ceiling and two big windows. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, 2 chests of drawers, wardrobe & desk.

Our two floor flat has a shared lounge with a large flat screen TV with Freeview and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a large bathroom with a shower and bath.

Rent & Bills
The room is £648pm not including bills.

Bills are as follows - Council Tax is £41/month & bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) work out to around £40/month

The Housemates
You’ll be sharing the flat with three other housemates: Naz - who works in Public Affairs, Sabrina - a trainee solicitor and Chloe who works at a university. They’re a friendly an easy-going bunch who enjoy relaxing in the lounge after work, and it would be great to find an easy-going housemate looking for this set-up.

The Location
One of the best things about this location is the convenience - we're a minute's walk from Archway station (Northern Line & Night Tube), 5 minutes from Upper Holloway Overground Station, and many buses go from the station during the day and night. We have nearby supermarkets - Co-op and Iceland are less than a minute away; Aldi, Sainsburys and Tesco are 2-3 minutes away. There's also a great fruit and veg shop located just outside as well as various other restaurants, cafes, pubs, barbers/hair salons, a post office and two nearby gyms.

We're right by Holloway Road, with lots going on and easy links to Angel, and are 15 minutes from Highgate Village. Tufnell Park and Kentish Town are a short stroll away (5-10mins), and Camden is a couple of tubes stops away. There are two great parks nearby - Hampstead Heath is a 15min walk and Waterlow Park is a short walk towards Highgate.
