As my friend is sadly moving out just before Christmas, I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in this homely two bedroom flat in the Whitehall Park area of Archway. The flat is a short walk from the station with its various supermarkets as well as within reasonable walking distance to Highgate Village and Hampstead Heath.

The room is a good sized double bedroom with ample storage space and a desk to work on. The flat comes with a separate kitchen and a comfy living room to share a meal in or to just relax in the evening. The advertised rent is inclusive of all bills and council tax (assuming you are a working professional).

I’m a laid back 30 year old professional who enjoys to share a dinner and drink or watch a movie together but also respects personal space. My ideal flatmate would be similarly relaxed and sociable while respecting privacy and keeping the flat in a good state to live in. If you are up for a game of amateur tennis over the weekend, it’d be a great plus.
